What production range do your EMS services cover? Prototype or mass production?
We cover full stages: small batch prototypes, pilot runs and high-volume mass SMT assembly for IoT PCBA.

Can I supply my own components for PCBA assembly?
Yes. We support consigned, partial or full turnkey assembly. We will conduct incoming QC for customer-provided parts before production.

What quality inspections are carried out during PCBA manufacturing?
We implement AOI, X-ray inspection for BGA/fine-pitch chips, visual inspection and final functional testing before shipment.

What is your typical lead time for PCBA orders?
Prototype orders normally take 7–14 working days. Mass production lead time depends on BOM availability and order volume, we will confirm schedule during quotation.

Do you provide box-build assembly besides bare PCBA?
Yes, we offer integrated box build services including cable assembly, housing fitting and final product assembly.
