Our team size ranges 100 employees, consisting of hardware engineers, DFM specialists, SMT production technicians, quality control engineers, supply chain and international sales professionals.

What services are included in your one-stop PCBA manufacturing service?
Our full service covers DFM review, PCB fabrication, component sourcing, SMT & DIP assembly, functional testing, box build and final packaging. You can select individual service items or the full package according to your project.

Can you support quick-turn sample service for my new product? What is the lead time?
Yes, we provide fast prototype service. The lead time depends on PCB complexity and component availability. Our project team will confirm the exact schedule with you after reviewing your BOM and design files.

Will I have a dedicated contact person for my whole project?
Sure. We assign a dedicated project manager for every order. He/She coordinates R&D, purchasing, production and QC departments, updating you regularly on project progress.

What after-sales service can I get if there is quality problem after delivery?
Please send us test data and photos once quality issues occur. Our QC and engineering team will analyze the root cause quickly. We will provide rework, replacement or compensation solutions based on our quality agreement.

Can you help adjust the service scope when my project requirements change mid-production?
We support flexible service adjustment. Please inform our project manager of any changes as early as possible. We will evaluate the impact on cost, schedule and MOQ then confirm the revised plan with you.
